Home / Projects
The kinds of jobs we take on and what is actually involved in each one, so you know what you are signing up for before the first day.
Project Types
Framed from the slab, dried in, sided, windowed, drywalled and finished out ready to move into.
Walls opened up, new drywall and texture, new flooring throughout and a complete repaint.
New square footage framed, tied into the existing roofline and finished to match the rest of the house.
Layout changes framed, tile and flooring set, cabinets and trim finished, all sequenced with the licensed trades.
New siding, replacement windows and a full exterior repaint, often after hail or wind damage.
Empty shell to finished suite: metal stud framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, flooring and paint for offices and retail.
Unused space framed, insulated, drywalled and finished into a room that gets used, epoxy floor included.
Outdoor living framed solid, decked, trimmed and finished so it holds up to the weather.
Water, storm and settling damage cut out, reframed where needed, redrywalled and refinished to match.
Order Of Operations
The sequence matters more than most people expect. Doing it out of order is what turns a six week job into a four month one.
Tear out what is going, then frame the new layout so every trade behind us has something square to work from.
Electrical, heat and air, and plumbing get open walls and clean access. We stay out of their way and keep other areas moving.
Once inspections clear, we close the walls up, tape, float and texture to match the rest of the house.
Prime and paint, set flooring, run trim and baseboard, then walk the punch list with you before we call it done.
