What We Do
Most remodels stall because four different companies are waiting on each other. We carry the framing, drywall, ceiling, paint, flooring, siding and window work in house, so the schedule stays in one set of hands.
Straight walls, square corners and a structure the finish trades can actually work off of.
Hang, tape, float and texture. Finished flat enough that the paint has nothing to hide.
Prep done right, clean cut lines and full coverage inside and out.
Level subfloor first, then a finished floor that stays tight and quiet.
Exterior that sheds Oklahoma weather instead of trapping it behind the wall.
Replacements flashed and sealed so the draft and the water both stay outside.

Those three are licensed trades and we leave them to the people who hold those licenses. On a full remodel we work around their schedule and keep the rest of the job moving so nothing sits waiting.
